HOW TO ORDER Choose your preferred puzzle size and piece count. Complete your purchase. Send us your photo through Etsy Messages. Include any personalization details, such as a name, date, message, or text you would like added. We will prepare your custom puzzle and ship it to you. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS For the best printing result, please send: • A clear, high-resolution photo • The original image file whenever possible • A rectangular or landscape-format image • A photo that is not blurry, pixelated, heavily compressed, or taken as a screenshot The final print quality depends on the quality and resolution of the image provided. Square, portrait, or unusually cropped photos may need to be adjusted to fit the puzzle format. This may require cropping parts of the image or adding a background around it. If the submitted photo is unsuitable for printing, we may contact you through Etsy Messages. Delays in receiving a replacement photo may extend the production time. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING Our standard production time is 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes approximately 2–3 business days, depending on the selected shipping service and destination. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–8 business days in total. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or address-related issues. CANCELLATIONS Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If production has not yet started, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once the personalized puzzle has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible. RETURNS AND ISSUES Because every puzzle is personalized and made specifically for the customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to a production error. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
