Cat's Eye Marbles: Multi-Colored 5-6 Vane Glass Toy Marbles, Set of 25

This lot contains 25 rare multi-colored, highly colorful 5-6 multi-vanned mostly clear based glass Cat's Eye toy marbles, commonly used for games or decorations. The photos shown are examples of the marbles being sold within this lot. Marbles such as these have been made throughout the world since the 1950's. The majority of multi-color cat's eyes were 3 or 4 vanned and made in Asia between 1950 and 1980. This style of marble is still being made today and tends to be clear based. As these marbles come from my personal collection, which I have acquired from various marble collectors over the years, this lot will have a mix of older and newer cat's eye marbles and multiple colors. Most cat's eyes are around 5/8" in diameter, although this may vary somewhat. Some of the older, used marbles have some minor wear. I have removed any with noticeable damage from the mix. I will vary the mix to provide a wide variety of types and colors. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Marbles and other small items for sale are not intended for children under 4 years of age.
