Penna Report of the State Board of Health Vol 1, 1899 or Report of the State Board of Health & Vital Statistics Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

The title of this rare book differs along the spine from the title on the title page. The spine reads "Penna Report of the State Board of Health Vol 1, 1899". The title page reads " Fifteenth Annual Report of the State Board of Health & Vital Statistics Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 1900." So take your pick. This book is in good condition with a strong binding but the spine is loose from it, and the binding mesh is visible in the seam between the inside cover and cover page and back inside cover and back page (see photos). Also I found two pages with stains along the top edge. Lastly the hardcover is very faded along the spine and it has a fair amount of usage wear and age. Honestly, the only other version of this book I can find is in digital archives. I can not find another physical copy of this book for sale anywhere online. So I have no idea where to price this book, since I can't do price comparisons. Measures: 9.5 x 6.5 x 1.5 inches with 796 pages
