All Shirts/Bodysuits are printed using DTG (Direct To Garment) printing. This is where the ink is directly sprayed onto the garment and then allowed to dry. These shirts are printed on demand when you order and therefore are not eligible for return/exchange - so please measure before you order! If you have an outfit order from my shop that Gerber bodysuit will be made using HTV (heat transfer vinyl) which is another type of printing so keep in mind that they may not match exactly to the family shirts - but rest assured we have done our best to match the colors as accurately as possible! So please message me first to confirm any changes you want! When you first open the package a vinegar smell is completely normal, it is due to the fixative sprayed on in the final step. But don't worry! The smell will go away if you air it out or wash it. Keep in mind that the images in the listing are mockups and not literal product photos. Therefore there may be some small discrepancies in color/placement etc. If there is an issue please let us know as soon as you receive the items as there is a 30 day claims period after which we can no longer offer refunds or replacements.
