How long does it take to complete an order? – Standard orders take 10–26 working days depending on length, size, and order volume. Rush orders are available for an additional fee: • 5 days – $150 • 7 days – $100 6. Do you offer cancellations? – Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Because of the nature of our product, we have a few important guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges. 1. Can I cancel my order? a. Orders can only be cancelled **within 24 hours** of purchase. Orders that have shipped out cannot be cancelled or refunded b. After 24 hours, your order enters production and **cannot be cancelled**. 2. Can I get a refund? a. Refunds are only available if your order is cancelled within the **24-hour window**. b. Custom orders and samples **cannot be returned for refund or exchanged**. 3. Can I exchange my order? a. You are allowed **one exchange per item** after the 24-hour grace period. b. If the exchange is due to a **production error** on our end, we’ll provide a **prepaid return label** and correct the order at no cost. c. If there is **no production error**, the customer is responsible for: - Shipping the original order back to us - Shipping the replacement order to you d. All items in the orders should be returned within 7 days of delivery date for an exchange only. Partial returns will not be accepted. Refunds are only approved for items that are in the original package and untouched (have not been washed or installed). e.
