If you have questions about my items or your order please message me, I would be glad to help! ------------------------- WHICH FILE TYPE TO USE Each of my listings contains a collection of digital images saved in each of the following file formats: – PNG: 500 dpi / approximately 6-8 inches at default / flat images / transparent backgrounds / great for standard printing and sublimation projects. – SVG: vectors / transparent backgrounds /contain layers separated by color / compatible with cutting software like Cricut and Silhouette Designer Edition. – JPG: 400 dpi / flat images / white backgrounds. – EPS: vectors / great for professional use and large-scale printing. – AI: Can be edited with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. ------------------------- HOW TO OPEN Please ensure you have the appropriate software and knowledge to use these graphics before purchasing. All of my products are delivered in ZIP files, a compressed folder that must be extracted/ unzipped to access the designs inside. – WINDOWS: Recent Downloads > right-click on the downloaded ZIP file and select “Extract All” – MACBOOK: Go > Downloads > double-click the ZIP file > a new folder will be made – IPHONES/IPADS: Files app > double-click the ZIP file > a new folder will be made – ANDROID DEVICES: Files app > select the ZIP file file > Extract > Done ------------------------- ADDITIONAL NOTES – This is a DIGITAL product and this item is non-refundable, however, if you experience any issues I am happy to help find a solution! – No physical item will be mailed to you.
