After heating in the microwave for 2 to 2½ minutes, it provides nice therapeutic heat for treating headaches, stress and tension. It can also be used across the tummy, lower back, chest, and more. Use it cold from the freezer to calm inflammation, treat migraines, or help ease hot flashes. The neck wrap measures approximately 6”x 30”, has 10 chambers, weighs around 2½ pounds and is made with soft 100% all natural cotton and lined for added comfort. With seams sewn in both directions, multiple chambers are created that keep the seeds evenly distributed, so that some seeds are always at the back of the neck and not piled up at the ends. The eye pillow inner bag measures a little over 4 x 10 inches when flat, and 4 x 11 with the removable cover on.
