That is USPS GUARANTEED delivery within the next day or 2 day shipping. They operate 365 days a year. -Once items leave our studio, we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery as it travels through USPS routes from our studio to you. We are not responsible for lost packages and carrier delays since this is out of our control. -Est shipping time may be longer than noted in your purchase due to carrier delays, holidays, etc. -Tracking info is usually available 2-4 days after the shipping label is created. Tracking info can be found in your order, however, this may not always be accurate or current. Tracking info is sometimes not updated at all until delivery.
