It may appear gritty like texture and that’s only because when the butter is melted it goes back to its original form rather than being whipped. The product is still the same. But If you want to get it back to it’s normal whipped state just pop it in the freezer or fridge and it can be whipped back up. If you receive your product and it is melted it will sometimes look half way full. That is only because when body butters are whipped air pockets get formed into the mix and once melted those air bubbles disperse and if melted it will appear half way full.
