If preset sizes don’t work for you, use the custom section to add a note on your size, for example: “L: 15, 10, 9, 10, 8. R: 15, 11, 9,11, 8.” If you are not sure about sizes, choosing a larger one is better than a smaller one. 3. Prep pack: each set of nails comes with a prep pack which is listed in pics attached. 4. Delivery time: all our pressons are personalizable and made to order, and usually take 5-10 business days for processing. But we will dispatch them within the promissory date, a tracking number will be provided by then. 5. Return and Exchange: if you are not satisfied with color/size/shape/design/length and for other personal preferences, returns and exchanges are not accepted, due to press on nails are custom-made products.
