An enormous amount of waste is produced in the making and disposing of single-use menstrual pads. Women use thousands of single-use pads throughout our lives. These pads end up on the ground, rivers and oceans harming our environment and wildlife. Switching to reusable cloth pads is a sustainable and environmentally conscious alternative to your disposable pads. All our reusable cloth pads have an absorbent core consisting of ecofriendly PUL embedded in 100% organic cotton fabric. Medium and heavy flow pads have additional layers of 100% organic cotton to achieve the desired absorption. This Mix Flow have 3 different varieties of pads : 2 Liner Pads, 2 Regular Pads and 2 Heavy Flow Pads. All of which are 9.5 " in length x 7.5" wide (with wings), and Snaps for closure. Liner: These are recommended for daily use to manage discharge or light flow. Liners have a layer of 100% organic cotton with an ecofriendly PUL embedded in the core, which in turn is enclosed by comfortable 100% cotton fabric. The pad’s wings have Snaps for an easy placement on the undies. Regular: These pads are for medium flows. In addition to the layer of organic cotton with the embedded PUL, the core contains a rich layer of 100% organic cotton cloth. These pads are very absorbent and can hold up to 10 ml of fluid. Heavy Flow: As the name implies, these pads are for your days of heavier flow as they have an extra layer of added protection. With the additional layer of 100% organic cotton, our heavy period pads can hold about 15 ml of fluid. All three varieties have comfortable 100% cotton fabric wrapping the pads’ core on the ABSORBENT side, and a Black 100% Cotton on the nonabsorbent side. An all have wings with Snaps for a comfortable and easy placement to your undies. As with any menstrual pad, we recommend changing your pad at least every 4 hours, depending on your flow and needs. Each woman is different, you decide what is best for you. The pads are not prewashed. To activate absorbency wash the pads before first use.
