The standard 52 card deck can be personalized just for your big day - each card in the deck will feature the same photo and all decks in an order must have the same photo. ONLY the back of the cards can be customized with your photo. PLEASE NOTE: On the template you receive you may see safe zones and cut lines. Those are guidelines ONLY and there may be slight variance from the cut line. The 3 lines of text can be either BLACK or WHITE and have the following personalization parameters: Line 1 (7 characters max. including spaces and punctuation) Line 2 (22 characters max. including spaces and punctuation) Line 3 (22 characters max. including spaces and punctuation) The Details • 2 1/4" (L) x 3 1/2" (H) • Coated Paper Cardstock • Each deck packed in an individual plastic box for safe transit ONLY • Bridge Card Size • 52 card standard deck, plus 2 jokers PHOTO GUIDELINES • Saved as JPG or PNG • Minimum size of 240px. Next, you'll upload your custom design/photo to the template. You will see a visual preview of how your order will look. Finally, once you sign off on the preview you were shown/created, we will then print your order and ship it to you! PLEASE NOTE that once you submit your proof you have effectively approved the order. A: Once you order you will receive an emailed link, from Customily, that takes you to our template. You MUST upload your proof to the template via the emailed link. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. NOTE that you CANNOT use Apple ID/Apple Pay for the custom upload items as it generates a false email. Q: Do you provide a proof prior to printing? A: No, we do not provide a proof as you are creating and submitting your own proof. What you see when you submit your proof is exactly what we print. Q: Can I upload more than 1 image per order? A: No, you cannot. To use different images/logos/designs you have to make a separate transaction (not the same cart) for each image you wish to use. Q: Can I preview my item before ordering? A: Unfortunately no, sorry. However, the custom upload items are risk free if you do not submit a proof. With no proof submitted, we can refund the order at any time if the template is not working out how you envisioned it. Q: How do I change the email on my order? A: Unfortunately we cannot change the email or resend the email. It is sent automatically at the time of purchase. To make changes to the email associated with the order we can cancel and refund the order for you to re-order :). Q: How can I change my proof after I submit it if I have changed my mind? A: As noted in the listing, submitting your proof means you’ve consented to have your order created. We print exactly what you submit/exactly what you see on your end prior to submitting the proof. No changes can be made, once your proof is submitted. If you need to make a change, please reach out and we will try to accommodate your cancellation. Q: Are there any kinds of images you won’t print? A: When you upload your image/design you are taking ownership of/acknowledging that you have the rights to print/use the image. We print what is submitted. The only thing we do not print are images that contain nudity due to the legal issues surrounding consent etc. By uploading your image, you warrant that you are the creator or have the necessary rights and permissions to use this image.
