Review your cart 5. Proceed to Checkout ✨ AFTER ORDER IS PURCHASED ✨ We will begin production within 24 hours of your order. If you would like a proof, please add it to the notes at checkout. Proof must be approved or edited within 2 days of order. Otherwise, your order will be forwarded to production. 💗 PROOFS 💗 Please note: Proofs are sent to minimize errors, as we are human and occasional mistakes can happen. If the final product matches the approved proof, we proceed based on that approval. However, if something is still off, we will always do our best to resolve it. 💗 CANCELLATIONS 💗 Thanks so much for your order! We just wanted to let you know that if you decide to cancel after receiving your mockup but before giving it the thumbs up, we'll need to deduct a $25 fee per proof sent or if includes pets per pet in the drawing (or custom design) from your refund. This small fee helps cover the time our artists have already put into creating your unique design. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to bring your vision to life! 💗 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 💗 All shot glasses are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If there is an error on our part we will gladly send a corrected replacement unless the event date has passed or it’s too late to remake the order, in that case we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the case at hand..
