*FOR PRINTED IMAGES ONLY* The smaller the size the smaller the detail - I try to make the image bigger to stay on focus so with smaller sizes you may loose more of the outer of the image. The images that are printed onto the plugs can vary in positioning, I try my best to position them as centered as possible but sometimes they shift and wont per perfectly centered. The Back half of the plug color will vary both plugs are not guaranteed to be same base color since only front is shown when wearing. Unless you pay additionally for acrylic plugs those would be guaranteed to be same color. Please note that acrylic plugs are only an option for the printed images on the front. *FOR PAINTED PLUGS ONLY* The paint and top coat are hand applied so it may not be perfect - i try my best to make it look exactly like my photos however due to lighting in the photo the color vibrance may be lighter or darker in person. Are bubbles are uncommon but do happen inside the topcoat. *SIZING NOTE* ½ inch gauges are sized in 12.7mm – if you need either 12mm ½ inch or 13mm ½ inch please let me know 1 inch is sized in 25mm not 25.4 – if you need 25.4 please let me know Most plugs can be made in 10mm (00G) through 70mm; the smaller the size though the less detail you will see. Keep that in mind when purchasing. These plugs come with a 2mm flare on them, if there is some resistance putting them in. You can try to either put them in while in a hot shower and/or using a type of oil. Depending on size chosen the amount of detail in a character can either be more or less. There will be some variation to the design based on size chosen. Though the main base design will be like the photos. Characters may show more of their full body or show less of their full body. Material: The plugs are made of photopolymer resin; photopolymer resin is resin that is cured with a UV light in layers, then washed with isopropyl alcohol, then cured again under direct UV light. Not responsible for any skin reactions or ear reactions to the plugs; since these are an external wearable item. I have personally worn printed plugs daily for the last five years - following proper hygiene / cleaning of ears and plugs on a regular basis. With zero reactions / issues Production Time: I have multiple printers so generally speaking its 1-day turnaround time but I always keep room for error and or busy times. At MOST the order will not take longer than a week unless I am out of resin and or do not have the necessary components to make a custom color. Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations: These are custom made to order so there are no returns/exchanges if you order the incorrect size. That's your responsibility to know what size you or someone else wears. There are also sanitation concerns so its a firm no on returns in any fashion.
