My gemstones are entirely genuine and most are natural in color. it is industry standard to put certain types of gemstones through treatment methods to enhance or alter the color and durability of the stones. These stones are still genuine unless otherwise stated. I must include a few disclaimers to explain some common issues customers have. 1st, computer and phone screens vary greatly in color tone and saturation, especially with individual settings. Therefore I cannot always guarantee the color you see in the photos will match the product. I do my best on my end to make them as real to life as possible. 2nd, most items that have differences in available stone sizes have photos to represent them. Especially if the differences are extreme. Most should be linked in a way that the photo will change when the selection is made. However I cant always be sure it will work as intended. So please try to check if there is any major difference in the photos before ordering. Unfortunately these variations are necessary due to the wide variety and nature of gemstones. 3rd, obviously there is a risk of injury or illness when using products that are meant for use inside the body. Please be careful not to give these items to children or otherwise disabled individuals if there is any concern about injury. I cannot guarantee that the items remain sanitized throughout the shipping and delivery process so please sanitize them on your end before use. 4th, I do accept returns and exchanges happily, I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, I do not take responsibility for your actions. If you loose or break the products and it is not an obvious manufacturing error, I reserve the right to refuse or charge for replacement parts and exchanges.
