1990s The Franklin Mint - Heirloom Recommendation - Isn't It Romantic Limited Edition Collectible Plate This limited edition fine porcelain plate is from the Heirloom Recommendation by The Franklin Mint. Isn't It Romantic features two Teddy Bears dancing close lovingly looking into each other's eyes. The outside rim of the plate is lined in gold. The artwork was beautifully created by artist Sue Willis. The plate is in very nice condition with no breaks, chips, cracks, or crazing. This does not come in the original box.
