Remember to let us know which icon you would like to use per table. If you cannot find an icon to suit your requirements, then pop us an email to discuss prior to ordering. Right first time! We will always ensure that you will receive a final proof to confirm before we go to print. This gives you an opportunity to check all the details are correct and let us know if you need any amendments. Due to the nature of printing - If there are any errors after you have approved the proof, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund, return or free reprint. That said, if you do have any issues, we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible. ----------------------------------------- SIZE & MATERIAL 📏 ----------------------------------------- You can select either a poster or a rigid foamboard sign (just make sure you select the correct material in the drop down box) We can print your Table Plan in any size from A4 up-to 2A0. ✜ A0 - 1189 x 841mm ✜ A1 - 841 x 594mm (recommended and most popular) ✜ A2 - 594 x 420mm ✜ A3 - 420 x 297mm ✜ A4 - 297 x 210mm ✜ Posters - Great for placing in a frame or attached to a solid surface. A4 and A3 are printed on beautiful textured 260gsm card, A2 and A1 posters are printed on 190gsm premium satin poster paper and A0 are printed on 235gsm silk paper. ✜ Rigid Foamboard – ✜ Rigid Foamboard – Perfect for displaying on an easel or propped against a wall. Made from 3mm Foamex, these signs are much sturdier than our poster option and can support their own weight. They do have some flexibility especially at larger sizes - designed to sit on an easel. Whilst we endeavour to ensure animals are represented correctly, please bear in mind these are artistic representations. All of our work is uniquely handmade, due to this, the size can vary ever so slightly by a few mm. ----------------------------------------- HOW TO ORDER 📖 ----------------------------------------- Let us know the following in the personalisation box or drop us an email to orders @ ottie.co.uk ✉ ✜ Your Names, Your Wedding Date & Your Wedding Venue ✜ The Table Names with the list of Guest Names ✜ Your Bird Icon Choice for Each Table ✜ Any other information you want to include on the Table Plan You will receive a proof to confirm within 72 hours of receiving your personalisation details (Mon to Fri) Once you have confirmed the proof, we will send your sign to print. ----------------------------------------- SHIPPING 📆 ----------------------------------------- We offer FREE UK DELIVERY (Please let us know if you require Express Delivery). A4 and A3 poster and rigid signs are sent by Royal Mail. All other signs are sent by a tracked courier. Please allow 2-4 days from dispatch. If you need your sign earlier than this, drop us a message for Express delivery options. A2,A1,A0 posters are sent rolled in posting tubes. Our rigid signs are sent flat. We ensure all our Table Plans are packaged extremely well and use only trusted couriers. Despite this, on very rare occasions, signs can become slightly damaged in transit due to their delicate nature. If this does happen, we will work with you to get the sign replaced. We will need your cooperation to provide photos of the damage and packing for our insurance purposes. We unfortunately can't offer refunds due to the design work having taken place, but we will of course replace for free. We can usually have replacement signs with you in a couple of days, but with this in mind, we ask that you to allow enough time before your event for a replacement to be arranged so it doesn't arrive after your event.
