CANCELLATION & CHANGES TO ORDER: Customers have two (2) hours from the time the order was placed to contact us to cancel or make any changes to their order. We will only ship to the address provided on your order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within two (2) hours from the time the order was placed, and will we cancel your original order and request that you resubmit your order with the correct address. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All items are made to order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
