Each pair is hand embroidered on demand, please make sure you choose the right shoe size before paying. The embroidery is durable and does not fade. You will receive the embroidered Converse shoes as shown. 2. NOTE: On the Converse website, they recommend buying shoes half a size smaller because Converse shoes generally fit better than regular shoes. However, we only recommend doing this if you have narrow feet, as the Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars and Converse Chuck 70s are standard size shoes but have a narrow fit. If you have wider feet, you can go up a half size as they are quite snug and don't stretch too much due to the material. If you already have a pair of Converse, just buy the same size. 4. SHIPPING TIMES ✨ Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can track your package. We ship to your Etsy address, so please make sure the address you provide is correct and up to date. ✨ Production time is 5-7 days ✨ Production dates may vary due to volume. RETURNS ✨ If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g. the wrong size), I will be happy to exchange them for you as long as you contact me within 7 days of receipt.
