Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, if there are any quality problems within 30 days, we are willing to repair or make new ones for you to replace, of course, you can return and get a full refund. However, if the return is for personal reasons (the product has no quality problems). Silver rings: Need to pay for the handwork fee ($45 per ring), restocking fee ($30 per ring) and shipping fee ($25), these fees will be deducted from your original payment, other fees will be refunded after receiving the return. Gold rings: Need to charge 25% of the total ring amount. Shipping: The item comes with a ring box, usually shipped by DHL or USPS, if you have any requirements for shipping, please let me know. Engraving: Yes, we can engrave for you (up to 20 letters). But since the engraved ring is customized for you, it can't be returned and refunded, thank you for your understanding. Custom Order: We are happy to make custom rings for you, we will create a new list for you after all orders are confirmed, and after receiving the order, we will make a 3D rendering for your confirmation before making the actual ring. But custom rings are made only for you, no returns are accepted, if there is any quality problem within 30 days, we will fix it for you.
