Inside is gilded and stamped 'W L' in Block Letters. This indicates an early Walter Lampl Co NY mark. Most likely 1920's. **There motto was 'Creators of the Unusual as Usual'. The company produced fine jewelry, costume jewelry and personal accessories such as compacts and perfume bottles. ** Hinged back and snap shut closure are Secure and in good working order.
