To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is entirely responsible for the return until the product arrives safely back to us. If the package is lost, missing, or damaged during return shipping, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file a claim and work directly with the shipping carrier.
