PRODUCTION - In the personalization box, please leave the essential information we requested to create your card. If you request a digital mock-up, have missing customization details, or have any changes to your order/customization, please take note that it will cause delays in production & shipping. We will reach out to you if we need additional information. - Our orders are fulfilled within the next 5 business days (monday-friday). WE DO NOT SEND DIGITAL MOCK-UPS, unless requested, so we can produce and ship orders quickly. - We ship using USPS ground advantage, which takes anywhere from 5-7 business days for delivery.
