Processing and shipping: • All products are made to order and are processed by order date. • Kindly give us 3 business weeks from purchase date to ship your order. Though sometimes shipping might be extended depending on the volume of orders received. • In some cases, if the item is on hand, it will ship earlier than the shipping turnaround time. • Primary shipping carrier: USPS Ground Advantage (USPS First Class Mail). • For the holiday season (Christmas time) please read the Shop Announcement for holiday orders cutoff date. This date is updated yearly. Product information (non-inclusive): • SMALL size: approximately 12” tall x 13” wide. This will nicely fit an 8”x8” Q-snap or frame, or embroidery hoop size 8” in diameter, letter size (8”x11”) charts, patterns, books, etc. • MEDIUM size: approximately 14-1/2” tall x 15-1/2” wide. This will nicely fit an 11”x11” Q-snap or frame, or embroidery hoop size 10” or 12” in diameter, letter size charts, patterns, books, rulers up to 12”x12” size, etc. • Fabric: 100% cotton. • Handle: Yes. If you want the handle off, leave a note to the seller at checkout or send us a message. • Clear vinyl window on the front side Vinyl is sensitive to heat and sharp objects, so be extra careful when putting your items in your project bag. • Zipper closure with matching handmade zipper pull. They are used to show you an idea. • Zipper might be substituted with a different color depending on our zipper inventory, but we will try our best to give you the same color as shown on each listing. • Some fabric has multiple different designs or print before the next repeat and depending on where the next cut of the same fabric will start and end to make the bags or folders, the fabric designs or print on your project bag or folder might slightly differ from the listing photos or from others making it unique. • Handle and zipper pull will either match the front, back, or border fabric.
