Orders to US: - Tariffs: All duties and taxes are pre-paid for parcels shipping to US. - Shipping time to US: All standard shipments to US are shipped by FedEx, which the shipping time normally takes 7-8 natural days. Sizing: - Shoes sizes of our shoes are not the actual US sizes, please check the size chart information to choose the proper sizes. - Kids/Youth sizes are also available, please check the size information on the listing. - The first two columns on the size chart are the shoes insole length, and the real shoes size run around 0.197 inches (0.5 cm) bigger. And, please measure your feet length fisrt, then choose the shoes size based on your feet length. 4. Printing designs: - Customized orders: We do customized printings, if you have the printing files, you can send them to me directly. If not, you can let me know the logos you want to be printed, I will check if I can get the files. - Other designs: We still got a lots of other printing designs which are not on the listings, such as sport teams, figures, cartoons, and so on. Please message me for inquiring if you are looking for other designs. 5. Shipping: - We do not ship to any PO BOX's address, so please leave a regular address with your order. (If available, please also leave your phone number as well. Just in case, if the address is ambiguous, the courier can get contacted with you). 6. Multiple printing designs on one listing: - For some links, there are multiple printing designs. If you selected the SKU bar on the right side of the page, under the size bar. Then, different SKU will automatically pump out with the corresponding photos of the designs. 7. The shoes are without any brand, but they wear comfortably. 8.
