NO refunds will be given for failure to give instruction on how you would like the picture cropped. Cropping of your image may be required in order to fit into a specific size/shape of frame. My "With Photo Insert" cropping/editing option may include but not limited to "sharpening, enhancement, lighten/dehaze, photo restoration, removing distracting objects, and moving persons in the photo closer together for better fit". With the "Frame Only" option, I will send you the frame only (with no picture or anything in it). If you select this option, that means that you want to insert the photo yourself.
