ABOUT THE DESIGN This is an elevated tower playhouse with an attached swing set — a backyard world your children will make their own for years to come. They climb up by the climbing wall, head down the slide on the other side, dig in the shaded sandbox below, and swing side by side on the two-seat swing. Designed for children ages 3-8. SIZE & MATERIALS The finished build, including the swing set, measures 185” (470 cm) wide, 171” (435 cm) deep, and 132” (334 cm) high. You can find the detailed dimensions on listing images 4, 5, and 6. The build relies mainly on dimensional lumber and plywood — easy-to-source materials anyone can find. The materials list covers the basic structural materials, and fasteners such as nails and screws are left to you, so you can choose what best fits your own build method. PLAN CONTENTS The plan is made up of dimensioned technical drawings, supported by 3D step-by-step graphics and short notes that keep the structure clear and easy to follow. The drawings show you what to build and the dimensions to reach without tying you to one fixed assembly method. You can see a sample on listing image 9. FORMAT & DELIVERY The plans and the materials list come in both Imperial (inch) and Metric (cm), delivered as separate files, and the recommended paper size is A3. All files are PDF, with aspect ratios set with mobile devices in mind, so they are easy to read on a phone or tablet as well as in print. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD This is a fully digital, downloadable product, and there is no physical item. The moment your payment is confirmed, the files are yours to download, view on any device, and print at home or at a print shop whenever you are ready to start.
