All of our watch band hardware is made of stainless steel with a matte finish. The standard gold option has a classic yellow gold finish, while rose gold has more of a pink hue. LOOP: The loop of the band is black in color, regardless of hardware finish or band design. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wipe any dust or dirt off gently with a clean, dry cloth. ORDER MODIFICATIONS: • Changes & cancellations: Notify us immediately if you need changes or cancellations. Quick communication increases the chances of accommodating requests. There is a 24-hour window for you to request changes to your order after we initially receive it. After 24 hours, your order will be sent to our print partners, and we are unable to make any changes after that point. • Since we offer an initial 24-hour grace period as a courtesy to our customers, we do reserve the right to deny refunds for all mistaken orders that are not corrected during the provided grace period. PRINTING: • All watch bands are made to order. • Our printing uses a dye sublimation process to print images directly on the band's surface, and provides UV protection with excellent resistance to outdoor weathering. • Since the design is not a sticker, a decal, or paint, it cannot be easily removed or peeled off of the band. • Any textures or effects are part of the design itself and are printed on the band, so there are no embossed, holographic, glittery, or opalescent elements in our designs, and no botanical or naturally textured materials such as wood, flowers, other plants, fabric, leather, glass, or stone. • We do not offer refunds for items that are "different than expected," so please read the listing description carefully and be sure to scroll through all of the listing photos to understand what you are buying before you make your purchase. COLORS & DESIGN PLACEMENT: • We try to display our items as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that screen settings and color calibrations can vary from device to device. These settings may display colors slightly differently than they may appear in real life, so we recommend that you browse through all of the listing photos that we provide (not just the main photo), as well as any customer uploaded review photos. • Each band has different dimensions depending on the size you select. Due to natural variations in the printing process, exact design placement is always subject to slight differences, and your band may not look exactly like our listing photos. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: • Initial order: After we receive your order and verify it, we send it to our hand-picked printing partners, who print the final design and ship it out to you. • Production: Our printing partners take 1-8 business days (typically 2-4 days, but fluctuations can occur) to print each band. • Shipping origin: For domestic orders (within the U.S.), we ship from our print providers, who are located in Herkimer, New York and Brookfield, Wisconsin. For international orders, our print providers may also ship from locations in Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, and South Korea. • Standard shipping (U.S.): 2-5 days (usually 3 days) once production is complete • Standard shipping (International): 2-4 weeks once production is complete • Specific delivery dates: The shipping timelines listed above represent the typical shipping window, but we CANNOT guarantee specific delivery dates, as once we send your order to our printing partners, it's out of our hands and there are many factors that may affect the final shipping and delivery timeline. We'll ship the package to the address provided by Etsy, unless a different address is requested through conversation. • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. TAXES: • Please take into consideration that taxes may be added to the total price. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS: • As all of our items are made to order, we cannot restock customer returns, so please do not send us your item. We are happy to work with you, however, to grant a refund or provide store credit, depending on the various situations listed below, so please read carefully. • Customer ordered wrong size: It is your responsibility to double-check the size of your watch before placing your order, so that the band you receive is sized correctly. We offer a 24-hour grace period after you initially place your order, during which you can contact us to make changes. After this 24-hour period, the order is locked in and we have already paid our printing partners to produce your watch band. If there are extenuating circumstances related to your order, please message us, as there is a chance we may still be able to help. Just please keep in mind that we are required to cover our own production and shipping costs in order to stay in business. Thank you for understanding! • Issues with order: If you encounter problems such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 3 weeks from the date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence. • Lost orders: Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days (35 for international), we'll replace it for free. • Incorrect address: If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient address provided by the buyer, you are responsible for the reshipment fee. There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note: Full refunds won't be given for incorrect addresses; only partial refunds may be available. • "Different than expected": All of the textures in our designs are part of the printed graphics, as we do not use textured materials such as wood, flowers, fabric, or stone in our designs. This is clearly stated in every listing where this might be an issue. Therefore, we DO NOT offer refunds for items that are "different than expected."
