No helium required—just creativity and a little time! NOTE - You will need a hand pump or electric balloon pump. We have designed a unique and easy balloon arch that can be assembled as clusters. HOW IT WORKS 1. Select your 1st cluster color 2. Select how many clusters you want in this color 3. Click on Add to Cart 4. Click on the back button / arrow < 5. Select your 2nd cluster color and select the quantity of this color 6. Continue adding the cluster color and quantity until you are ready to check out. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED -Your balloons will arrive deflated but with instructions and on how to inflate and assemble. No balloon experience is necessary but we do recommend an electric balloon pump or a hand pump to inflate the balloons for your garland. ASSEMBLY TIME - Please allow 5 to 10 minutes per cluster, we recommend assembling 24 to 48 hours prior to your event. Just be sure to pop and dispose of them properly, as released balloons can still harm wildlife. LATEX BALLOON WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
