These custom PARTY HATS make for a great addition to any party decor! SPECIFICATIONS: * Choose between 6" ( Adults ) and 5" ( Babies, Toddlers, Kids ). All hats arrive flat. Customer must assemble hat themselves by tucking in the flap in back and using tape inside to reinsure the stability. Then elastic can be looped through the holes on sides of hat. * Please calculate in shipping how long it will take to get to you before ordering. If needed sooner please message me *Printed color may appear different from colors seen on phone/tablet/pc. Hats are printed using the best printing quality available.
