Return Policy Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or not as described. You must contact me within 24hrs of delivery to report any damage/problems. Personalized / custom-made items are not eligible for return due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind. For Christmas-specific products (for example: elf doors, elf accessories, seasonal holiday décor), no returns will be accepted after December 20th. This cutoff prevents seasonal items from being returned after the holiday period. Important: This does not mean I leave customers on their own. If a holiday item arrives damaged in transit or if there is a proven defect or mistake on my end, I will absolutely make it right.
