The design is created from acrylic and affixed to a round retractable reel which is extendable to 34"for ease of card swiping, and snapping back into place immediately upon releasing your card. The reel itself is attached to a either a standard clothing clip (which you can clamp on your scrubs, collar, belt, or just about any other material), or a slide on pocket/belt clip, which are both available in the options section of this listing.
