Nostalgic Christmas Junk Journal Handmade vintage Christmas vibes junk journal perfect for documenting your memories and artwork. This winter journal has a "clean" junk journal vibe -meaning that there is minimal embellishments and decorations on the pages. Since I used a digital kit to create this journal I really wanted to make sure you had enough space to decorate and write as much as you want. I kept the inside pages limited to only hand dyed coffee paper, mulberry paper, handmade paper, and a Christmas digital kit printed on smooth 80 Ib paper. Inside this nostalgic Christmas junk journal you will find some handmade projects that you can add pictures to or write on. It also comes with journaling cards, tags, and charms that can be removed. The journal also has a removable tassel on the spine. The cover is made from chipboard with a handmade 2 1/2 inch spine. It is covered in fabric and painted with various acrylic paints to create a worn out distressed cover. For a shabbier more vintage look I added crackle medium to create the beautiful crackles on the cover. The journal also has gold gilding to give it extra sparkle. It is all sealed with a satin acrylic varnish. This Christmas journal also comes with another mini journal with 5 (20 sides) coffee dyed pages for extra journaling space. It also comes with a handmade lined drawstring bag to keep your journal safe and dust free. Some ideas as to how you can use this journal are, as a diary, junk journal, scrapbook, a recipe book, bullet journal or reading journal. You can also use it to list all of your favorite memories or things you love. For example, I like to use mine to write down my favorite books and keep track of my favorite reads.
