The stock mount tends to let the light tilt lower with every bump, gradually drooping until you're stuck readjusting it every few minutes. This bracket solves that by securing the headlight directly to the sturdier bike frame instead of relying on the stock mount's weaker connection point. It holds the headlight firmly in place, and the angle is fully adjustable using the included spacers (see the 4th picture for an example).
