Name Tag Information (Optional Use) Our products can be used with or without the name tag. The name tag is completely optional and does not affect functionality or appearance if not installed. The name tag is mounted using very small 4 mm assembly points. These points are minimal and subtle. If preferred, customers may easily cover them using small decorative caps or plugs that can be sourced from most local hardware stores. Even if the name tag is not installed at all, the screws and mounting points remain extremely small and unobtrusive. They are not visually noticeable and do not cause any discomfort or aesthetic distraction. 📦 SHIPPING & HANDLING Each piece is made to order in our Lexington, North Carolina workshop. This is not a mass-produced or Amazon-stock item. Every panel is individually cut, finished, and carefully inspected by hand before shipping. Because of this detailed production and quality control process, production times can vary slightly depending on order volume. On average, orders are completed and shipped within approximately 3–10 business days.
