Use a marker to mark the widest points of your nail. Measure the distance between the marks and refer to the sizing chart to find your perfect fit. (Optional) Lightly file the surface of your natural nails for better adhesion. Clean off any moisture or oils. Select an adhesive tab that’s slightly smaller than your nail. Stick it to the center of the false nail, smooth out the edges using the wooden pusher, then peel off the protective film. Align the press-on nail with your cuticle line and press down firmly from base to tip.
