Screenshots or cropped images may reduce quality. We’ll match lighting and background for a natural, heartwarming result. Please note, this item is a digital painting printed on canvas or Poster frame wrapped on a wooden frame that is ready to hang. ❤️CONDITIONS FOR PHOTO SUBMIT We can only guarantee the drawing outcome’s optimal quality when your photos meet our conditions. Please add photos at the originally full size (the higher the resolution, the better). A cropped or screenshot photo may not bring out the clearest painting. The photo you send to us must show all the features of the face clearly and wholly. Selfies or headshots might not be accepted. At least parts of the upper bodies must be contained in the picture. TURNAROUND TIME ⏰ - Digital Download Option: The digital artwork is available after 3-5 days and ready to be sent to you via email after your approval, so that you can conveniently print it at any print shop nearby (CVS, Walmart, Staples, etc.). - Print Option (Canvas, Poster Frame): The wait for the first proof usually lasts for 3-5 days. After the proof is approved, please allow 3-7 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) to print the artwork. How to order: 1) Choose the desired dimensions from the drop down selection. 2) Enter your optional personalized text under "Add your personalization" section. 3) Once the order is placed, send me your photo through Etsy chat/messages using the button in top right corner of the chat box. 4) A proof/sample will be email back to you within 3-5 days. At this stage we can make any adjustments or changes. If you would like to change people or add more people to your proof, there is an additional charge of $5 per person. 5) As soon as you approve your proof, your order will be sent to production.
