Steam Controller (2026) Charging Dock

This dock is specifically designed for the Steam Controller (2026) model that recently came out as of May 4th in order to act as a dock for your controller to sit upright on any surface, mounted to a wall, or even under your desk in a designated place based on the variation you choose. If you are buying a blank variation leave the optional boxes blank where applicable or choose the N/A (No Logo Dock) option. Made with 3D printed PLA filament material, the dock is lightweight yet sturdy, and has a good durability due to the design. I made special care to design the dock so the controller should easily slide into place and remain snug, while also making sure the charging puck can fit into the slot, not fall off due to the top cable holder, and still magnetically attach to the controller with that satisfying click! Included with each dock is a set of five VHB adhesive circle mount tape circles. Underneath each dock is specific circle inlay areas to allow you to mount the included adhesive circles for a permanent desk mount. Be sure to clean the desk / surface you are planning to mount the dock onto before hand for the best possible adhesion. Also as of 6/25 the Wall Mount Variations will come with a set of Wall Anchors and Screws as well as the adhesive circles for a more higher strength mounting option, at no additional cost to you. The Under Desk variation comes with a set of 4 mounting screws now also for no additional cost. Also included in each dock variation is a cable holder on the back so you can route the charging puck cable through there and keep things organized and tidy. There is a cable channel that is built into the dock so you can route the cable through the channel and hole at the bottom back of the dock for a clean managed look. FAQ: What are the dimensions? This is a friction fit design, meaning the charging puck should fit snugly into the appropriate slot without any permanent adhesive bond for the charging puck. The controller should magnetically connect to the charging puck due to the correct orientation of the dock design. The controller should not move left or right due to the magnetic connection and the dock shape. Connecting the USB C connector to the puck might take a bit of wiggling before you get the correct fit but it should be relatively easy with the included USB C cable with the steam controller or similar shape USB C cables. The puck should also be able to be taken out of the dock if required by simply either using your fingernails to grip the middle ridge portion of the dock while pulling, or you can simply use the Steam Controller magnet while the dock is unplugged which should pull the dock right out of the slot also. If the dock for some reason is stuck, take the USB C connector while connected to the dock and gently push it downwards in a counter clockwise angle which should push the puck out of the slot without damaging anything, then you can use the steam controller magnet or fingers to pull it out. Can you make me a custom half life / portal / team fortress design for the dock? Answer: Unfortunately no, I do not want to tempt the Valve Legal team (or any IP with a legal team that could send me to court) coming after me for selling a product with their IP on it. You can however get a sticker and put it over the area on the Blank Variation. I really wish I could design and sell them but I really do not want to risk it!
