Store Policies – AETHERA SANDALS 📦 Shipping • All our sandals are handmade to order from genuine Greek leather. • Processing time: 1–5 business days. • We ship from Greece by registered mail with tracking via Hellenic Post (ELTA) or a partner courier service (FEDEX-DHL) Estimated delivery times: • Europe: 4-6 business days • USA & Canada: 4-8 business days • Rest of the world: up to 8 business days Note: There may be delays due to customs or periods of high demand. 🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: • Contact us within 3 days of delivery • Return products within 14 days of delivery • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs We recommend using the most economical standard mail option (not courier), as we do not cover return shipping costs. 💸 Refund Policy: • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier and are not refunded to us. • If your order was shipped with free shipping, a 20% charge of the total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs. • Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the returned product.
