This means there are no textures, glitter elements, paints, or natural materials - just a printed image using UV technology on a Mimaki printer. It's not a sublimation printing! Our cases: - Protect your phone from dust and scratches - Are easy to snap on and off - Are slim and lightweight - Feature all necessary slots and ventilation holes - However, they don't provide drop protection We have a partnership in the USA, allowing us to ship our cases worldwide. We use USPS/DHL for shipping within the US and DHL for international orders. Express shipping is also available through FedEx upon request. Handling and shipping information: 1. All cases are made to order. 2. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing lead time (this is an approximate range and may vary). 3. Delivery time within the US is typically up to 5 business days, while international orders may take 2 to 4 weeks. In some cases, shipping during holidays, festivals or natural disasters may take longer, so please be prepared for a delay of 3-5 additional business days. 4. Please ensure your shipping address on Etsy is correct before making a purchase. We will ship to the address provided by Etsy, unless we receive a request from you. 5. Refunds & Exchanges - All cases can be exchanged and refunded except for customized ones! - If you wish to exchange or refund a case, please contact us for the return address. The case must be in unused condition for a refund or exchange. - The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process. - Customized cases can be refunded only if there is a problem with the item.
