PLACE YOUR ORDER: Select your preferred portrait size and the number of pets in the dropdown menu. Add the item to your cart and complete the checkout proces. 2. SEND REFERENCE PHOTOS Send your photo(s) via Etsy Messages. Or email me at seattlesunshineart@gmail.com with your Etsy Order Number. For tips on photo selecting, please see "Reference Photo Guide" in listing images or description. 3. THE PAINTING BEGINS! I'll review your photo(s) and order details before starting. If I have any questions or need another reference photo, I'll reach out to you! Usually it takes 3–5 days to complete a portrait, depending on my workload. If you need your painting by a specific date, please let me know. We'll discuss how we can work it out. 4. REVIEW & REFINE Once the painting is ready, I'll send you a photo for your review. We have 3 free rounds of minor revisions to make sure that you're 100% satisfied! 5. FINAL APPROVAL & DELIVERY After your final approval, the artwork will be securely packaged and shipped directly to your doorstep! What is included: Minor adjustments such as tweaking background colors, adjusting lighting/contrast. Additional Revisions: If further adjustments are needed after the 3 free rounds, I'm happy to continue refining your portrait for an additional fee of $10 per round. Please Note: Revisions do not cover completely changing the base reference photo, altering the main subject, or requesting a completely different art style after the painting process has begun.
