(Usually takes about 5 minutes). 3) You can also access your digital purchase on your Etsy account. Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. ➥ HOW TO UNZIP YOUR FILE 1. To unzip the folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select EXTRACT ALL, and follow the instructions. 2. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file to a new location. ------------------------- ➥HOW TO OPEN A PDF FILE For some files with large quantities, we will place them in a PDF file that contains a link to the download folder for that file. You can open the PDF file in a web browser and click the "DOWNLOAD" button to redirect to the folder containing the file.
