If you requested a preview: We'll send your artwork through Etsy Messages. Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages and email notifications. Once you approve the proof, production begins. Please note that delayed approvals or multiple design changes may delay your ship date. Rush production and expedited shipping fees may apply if you need to keep your original deadline. If a requested proof is not approved within 24 hours, we'll proceed with production using the information provided at checkout, so we don't miss your event date.
