I send orders the next working day so if your item has already been sent then you will be required to return it to me at your own cost before receiving a refund or exchange. If you realise you have entered the incorrect address please message me as soon as possible. I will not be able to do anything if the item has already been sent off. I do try to check addresses for any errors but I may not always notice (especially with International address which I am unfamiliar with) If your parcel goes missing because you entered the incorrect address it should be returned to me but if it doesn’t there may be nothing I can do and I will not be able to refund. Please double check you have the correct address when purchasing. 💕Regarding Returns If your item is faulty or the wrong size you can return to me. You will need to return within 30 days of receiving the package and the item MUST be unused. If the item is returned to me and has clearly been used you will not be allowed a refund and the item will be sent back to you. Please message me with a description and a photo of the issue and I will give you my return address. Please do not attempt to return the item until you have spoken to me. If you have changed your mind about your item then you must return it to me within 30 days of receiving and it must be unused. Any signs of it having been used and you will not be allowed a refund. You must pay for the postage costs to return to me unless your item is wrong/faulty. You must also get proof of postage that shows my postcode or if the item goes missing you will not be protected. I will not refund until the item has been returned back to me and I have received it.
