Via Your Email: Etsy automatically sends a receipt and order confirmation email right after purchase. Inside, you will find a direct link to access your downloads. (Note: If the download button is grayed out, it just means Etsy is still processing your payment—give it a minute and refresh!) 📄 ACCESSING FILES VIA PDF LINKS To keep your digital assets at ultra-high resolution without losing quality, some mega bundles are delivered inside a PDF document containing a secure cloud folder link. Open the delivered PDF file on your computer or mobile device. Click the DOWNLOAD button or the web link provided inside. You will be instantly redirected to the folder holding your digital assets. Simply download the design files directly onto your device. You can also copy and paste the link straight into your web browser. 📦 EXTRACTING YOUR ZIP BUNDLES Many of our multi-file graphic kits and sublimation packs arrive compressed in a ZIP folder to save space. For Windows Users: Right-click the downloaded ZIP file ➔ Select Extract All ➔ Choose your preferred folder destination and hit extract. For Mac Users: Simply double-click the ZIP file.
