Orders are produced and shipped from the closest fulfillment partner (EU or USA) to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Note: Refunds are only available during the preview stage. Once the preview is approved and printing begins, printed items cannot be refunded. During holidays and busy seasons, processing times may be longer. Each portrait is created using your photo as a reference. Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to send 2–3 photos. If you’re unsure which one works best, we’ll choose the most suitable image based on the selected style. 3) How long does it take to prepare my order? You will receive a digital preview within 24 hours. Production of physical items begins after your approval. 4) What if my printed portrait arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. 5) Can I cancel or return my order? Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item created specifically for you, cancellations or returns are only possible at the digital preview stage. If you’re not satisfied with the preview, you may cancel your order at that point.
