PROCESSING AND SHIPPING • Processing time is generally 1–3 business days but may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume. • Processing time and shipping time are separate. • The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy is an estimate and is not guaranteed. • Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has begun. • Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier if you cannot locate it. • Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
