Cancellation request by client If a customer requests to cancel an order, a 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total order value. 2. Orders already in processing or production Once the order has been confirmed and moved into processing, stitching, packing or customization, it cannot be cancelled or modified. 3. Shipped / dispatched orders Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. 4. Custom / made-to-order products All customized and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they are prepared specially for the client. 5. Refund amount If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, only 80% of the order value will be refunded (20% will be charged as a cancellation fee). 6.
