Peel off the plastic protective coating on the top of the temporary tattoo. Then lay the tattoo (image area down) on the area you’d like to apply it to. Wet the back of the tattoo with a wet cloth and apply light pressure for a few seconds before carefully peeling off the backing. A: Due to the current temporary tattoo technology for colored tats, the initial shine can be a bit annoying.
