While the cover of this vintage cookbook is in good shape, the binding is a little bit of a hot mess. Everything is intact, but the binding threads and glue are exposed on several pages. Pages are slightly tanned and you’ll find a few scuff marks and tiny stains are sprinkled throughout. Black/white photos and illustrations throughout. Though methods have updated, this is a comprehensive guide in how to make a variety of wines and beers. I feel like a lot of the ingredients are hard to find (Campden tablets? Greengages? Quinces?).
